Eligibility for the scheme
Under Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana, for all unmarried girls of all categories who have passed the annual intermediate examination 2021 conducted by the Bihar School Examination Committee under the Chief Minister’s Girl Child (Intermediate) Incentive Scheme.
Incentives
According to the information of the year 2020, all the unmarried girl students who have passed the annual intermediate examination are to be given a lump sum of ₹ 10,000/- (ten thousand) only as incentive. This amount will be transferred directly into the account of eligible beneficiaries through DBT
online application process
All eligible girl students and their parents are informed to check all the information related to them by opening the online portal developed by NIC through https://medhasoft.bih.nic.in/INTER2021/Default.aspx Whether the given information is correct or not. Apart from this, after logging into the said portal, in the blank column, the desired information such as your bank account no. Name of the bank branch, IFSC code, information etc. to be entered. Along with this, the girl students who have passed the Annual Intermediate Examination 2021 conducted by the Bihar School Examination Committee will have to upload their unmarried certificate on the online portal developed by NIC.
To login to the online portal developed by NIC, the student / beneficiary will need to have the registration number of the respective examination along with the date of birth or the total marks obtained in the intermediate examination 2021.
Keep in mind that the bank account should be open in the name of the eligible student and this account should be operated in any nationalized bank recognized private bank or any branch of India Post Payment Bank located in Bihar.
The following steps will be involved in filling the application form
- Step 1:- Register using student registration number, mobile number, email id, aadhaar details and bank account details.
- Step 2:- Students can log in using their User ID and Password.
- Step 3:- Finalize the application.
- Step 4:- Print a copy of the finally submitted application form.
- Step 5:- Verify your bank payment by login between 01 Feb 2022 to 15 Feb 2022.
- Step 6:- After filling the application check the status of your application on the site regularly.
